In a superb location on the outskirts
of Naama Bay, the Hyatt Regency provides an outstanding
standard of accommodation and service in a
fantastic exotic location. From the moment you
enter the lobby, you are afforded a stunning view
out over the hotel grounds and the Gulf of
Aquaba. It is here you will find the Azure
lounge, a great place to relax with a drink whilst
admiring the views.
Wining and dining at the
hotel is a real delight with the popular Sala Thai restaurant furnished
in classical Thai style and with stunning views from the outdoor terrace.
On the lower level, the Café Fresco has indoor
and outdoor seating and offers buffets with
regular theme evenings. The Cascade pool-side
restaurant is open during the day for lunch and
snacks. The Souk is a typical Hyatt concept
where you have a central courtyard seating area
with a choice of different cuisines such as Italian,
Mexican and Oriental accompanied by nightly
entertainment.
On the upper level there are a
number of shops and boutiques. The Beach
House restaurant is on the beach and is usually
open throughout the day for lunch and twice a
week in the evenings for seafood. The Stars
Music Bar is open in the evenings and also has
great views. A passion for water is easily
indulged. The resort's terraced pools cover over
2,500m2 including a lazy river, lagoons,
waterfalls, grottoes and whirlpools and there is
also a corkscrew water slide. Children are also
well catered-for with the Oasis Kids' Club which
has its own pool and clubhouse with games,
video room and mini-theatre.
The watersports
centre provides lessons for all levels, diving and equipment
rental. Club Olympus has an air-conditioned
gym, aerobics studio, spa area with
sauna, steambath, whirlpool and a number of
body and facial treatments and massage. Go
for a high-energy game at the Racket Centre
with its exhibition court, 4 tennis courts and 2
air-conditioned squash courts. Despite having
extensive facilities should you feel the need to
venture out, the hotel operates a complimentary
shuttle bus into Naama Bay 3 times per day.
