The Riverside Regency enjoys a fabulous location, close to the banks of Baga River. Now that the new bridge has been completed it's a 5 minute walk to the top end of Baga beach with all its bars, restaurants and wonderful beach. You can also walk the short distance along the river and when it is low tide you can cross to the other side, past the fisherman's nets on to the part of the beach filled with bars and beach shacks, each with their own section of sunbeds and umbrellas for hire.

Just outside the hotel is 'Lila Café', a lovely little café, which has become a mecca for Europeans, as well as several Italian restaurants. This is a family run hotel, which belongs to Savio who is also the owner of the popular Riverside guesthouse on the opposite side of the river. For those who may want to avoid the crowded beach, the hotel has its own swimming pool and children's section with sunbeds provided on the surrounding terrace area. Meals and drinks are available all day from the lovely multi-cuisine restaurant, which also offers seafood grills.
